• Schedule meetings between candidates and our recruiters for comprehensive evaluations
• Follow up with prospects to sustain engagement and facilitate their hiring experience
• Keep precise and current records in our applicant tracking software
• Earn commission based on the meetings you arrange, interviews conducted, and successful hires originating from your initiatives
