HOPE Community Services Medical Receptionist
HOPE Community Services is a leading outpatient behavioral health provider in South Oklahoma City, serving individuals impacted by mental health and substance use disorders. We provide compassionate, trauma-informed care focused on healing, recovery, and improving quality of life.
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist to support our Medical Clinic team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, welcoming, and passionate about helping clients feel supported in a fast-paced healthcare setting. About the Position
The Medical Receptionist supports the daily operations of the Medical Clinic by providing front desk, scheduling, and administrative support to clients and medical staff. This position ensures the smooth operation of the clinic by adhering to agency policies, confidentiality regulations, and industry standards while supporting a trauma-informed, recovery-focused environment for individuals seeking behavioral health or co-occurring services.
Key responsibilities include scheduling medication clinic appointments, managing the clinic's daily schedule, recording client vital signs, and assisting with intake procedures.
The position also requires escorting clients to medical offices, ensuring medical supplies and equipment are prepared, and verifying physician documentation.
Additional duties include communicating treatment recommendations to clinical staff, tracking lab test results, assisting with forms for pharmaceutical programs, and providing general administrative support. This position is a great fit for someone who is compassionate, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy medical office environment.
