This role will report directly to the Director of Manufacturing and serve as a key leader within the facility. The Maintenance Supervisor will manage a team of 14 technicians, along with an MRO Buyer and Planner, while driving equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Food manufacturing experience is highly preferred, and bilingual English/Spanish candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.Job Duties:Supervise and coordinate daily activities for maintenance personnel across multiple shiftsAssign work orders, prioritize repairs, and ensure timely completion of maintenance activitiesTroubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment issues while remaining hands-on on the production floorOversee preventative maintenance programs and drive reductions in downtimeCoordinate facility, equipment, and building maintenance projectsManage outside contractors and vendors for maintenance-related workEnsure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standardsSupport employee development, training, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain accurate maintenance documentation and KPI trackingQualifications:High school diploma or GED required; Associate?s degree preferredExperience in manufacturing or warehouse environments required; food manufacturing preferredStrong knowledge of industrial mechanical, electrical, and maintenance systemsExperience with fabrication and metalworking equipment preferredAbility to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environmentStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsComputer literacy requiredBilingual English/Spanish is a major plusQualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
