Reporting to the SVP of Marketing, this role operates as the head of an internal marketing agencyresponsible for driving speed, quality, consistency, and impact across content, creative, social, PR, and events./ppThis is not a traditional marcom role. The Director of Marketing Communications will design and operationalize scalable systems that translate go-to-market strategy into high-quality execution, ensuring Calero presents a clear, authoritative, and differentiated presence across all channels./ppstrongEssential Job Responsibilities:/strong/pulliBuild and operationalize Caleros internal marketing agency model, serving Demand Generation, Channel, Product Marketing, and Sales/liliDesign and manage intake, prioritization, and production workflows with clear SLAs and performance expectations/liliOwn end-to-end content and creative production, including:/liulliThought leadership and POV content/liliCampaign and digital assets/liliSales enablement materials/liliEvent and experiential creative/li/ulliDevelop and maintain a repeatable production system that improves speed to market, output quality, and consistency/liliOwn Caleros brand voice, messaging framework, and visual identity, ensuring consistent execution across all GTM programs/liliTranslate positioning into a scalable messaging hierarchy (tagline, value narrative, POVs, buyer implications, product stories)/liliEstablish and govern brand standards without creating friction or slowing execution/liliBuild and manage a library of templates and modular assets to accelerate production at scale/liliOwn Caleros social media strategy, with a primary focus on LinkedIn as a core GTM and authority channel/liliDevelop executive social presence and thought leadership programs for senior leaders/liliOwn and evolve Caleros public relations strategy in partnership with external agencies/liliPosition Calero executives as category-defining voices through media placements, bylined content, and speaking opportunities/liliTrack performance across brand, content, social, and PR using metrics tied to visibility, credibility, and pipeline influence/liliServe as the central production and execution partner to GTM leadership, balancing speed, prioritization, and business impact/li/ulpstrongExperience:/strong/pulli10+ years of experience in marketing communications, brand, or content leadership roles/liliProven experience building and scaling content and creative operations/liliExperience operating in B2B, SaaS, or enterprise technology environments/liliDemonstrated success managing PR strategy and agency relationships/liliExperience supporting executive communications and thought leadership/liliTrack record of translating strategy into high-quality, scalable execution/li/ulpstrongSkills:/strong/pulliExcellent written and verbal communication skills/liliStrong ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling narratives/liliOperational rigor with the ability to design scalable workflows and systems/liliAbility to balance speed and quality in high-output environments/liliStrong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills/liliExperience leveraging AI tools, templates, and modern production technologies/li/ulpstrongCompetencies:/strong/pulliStrategic execution leadership/liliBrand and messaging stewardship/liliContent and creative operations management/liliAuthority-building and storytelling/liliCross-functional influence and partnership/liliResults-driven mindset with a focus on business impact/li/ulpstrongEducation / Special Licenses or Certification:/strong/pulliBachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field/liliEquivalent relevant experience will be considered/li/ulpCalero is an equal opportunity employer. It is important to Calero that potential candidates for this position understand that compensation depends on numerous factors including the geographic location where the role will be performed, skills required, experience, complexity, travel, and market rate. Please note that the top of the salary range represents exceptional, and/or senior-level positions, that meet all required qualifications.
