OverviewPart-Time Hospitalist Physician Position in Kuttawa, KY with National Wound Physician GroupClinical satisfaction, autonomy and flexibility, work-life balanceNo Nights, No Call, No Weekend Clinical ResponsibilitiesResponsibilitiesBecome an expert in wound management, learn from highly qualified wound certified physician trainers and Fellowship Directors. Utilize cutting-edge clinical technologies and the latest wound care modalities.Provide bedside wound care in facilities across the network.Conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.Visit facilities in a 40–60 mile radius; typically 2-3 facilities per day; treat approximately 20-30 patients per day.Clinical documentation is completed at the point of care, in real-time during clinical rounds, using our proprietary wound-specific EMR.Paid training during onboarding plus a 6-month wound care fellowship.W2 employment contract (no work visa sponsorship).RequirementsActive unrestricted medical license (MD/DO) in the state you wish to practiceMinimum commitment of 3 weekdays per weekPractice OverviewFull time work: Monday - Friday (7am-4pm) or part time available.No call / No weekend clinical responsibilities.Physicians deliver modern wound management at the bedside in the post-acute care setting: Skilled Nursing Facilities and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals.Our physicians conduct weekly wound rounds at each facility.Part-time role is a minimum of 3 days per week.
