Job Summary: Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure effective treatment delivery and patient progress monitoring under supervision.

Job Summary: Assist licensed physical therapists in providing rehabilitative therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting. Ensure effective treatment delivery and patient progress monitoring under supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with physical therapists to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to patients.
- Monitor patient responses and document progress accurately.
- Maintain updated knowledge of SNF protocols and rehabilitation procedures.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards, including licensing requirements.
- Support the care team in delivering quality patient care.
- Hold a current and active CA license as a Physical Therapy Assistant.
- Preferably possess SNF experience and familiarity with NetHealth (Rehab Optima).
- Demonstrate strong clinical skills in rehabilitative therapies.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be detail-oriented with the ability to follow treatment plans precisely.
- Hold relevant certifications as required by state regulations.
- Gain experience working within a dedicated healthcare team in a skilled nursing environment.
