- Review BEO's for menu details, room setup, food, beverage and audio visual needs.
- Assist the set up staff in table set up, buffet set up, bar set up, etc.
- Customer service and communication
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly in a team
- Physical stamina (standing, lifting trays)
- Communicate with Kitchen keeping update on any changes.
