Loeb & Loeb LLP is seeking a mid-level associate (J.D. 2020-2022) to join its Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department.
The ideal candidate will have experience working on commercial real estate "dirt" leasing, and/or financing transactions at an AMLaw 200 firm. Candidates must have excellent writing, analytical and interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment. The Real Estate Investments and Transactions Department handles complex commercial real estate transactions nationwide, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing and lending, joint ventures, workouts and distressed situations across various asset classes (e.g., office, retail, industrial, life science, hospitality, multifamily, etc.). Submission requirements include resume, law school transcript and deal sheet.
The salary range that we expect to pay for this position is a minimum of $260,000 and a maximum of $305,000 annually. The actual pay wage may vary based on experience or other relevant factors.
