Travel Physical Therapist jobs in Franklin, VA offer a 13-week contract with 40 hours per week, covering primarily outpatient clinic care and possible coverage of a small med/surg unit and same day surgery for total knee patients. You need at least one year of experience, an active Virginia Physical Therapist license, and BLS certification. Expect to see 7 to 8 patients per day and participate in on-call rotation every fourth weekend for inpatient coverage. Local candidates are accepted with a reduced bill rate.Your responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and implementing physical therapy services, collaborating with patients and treatment teams, and documenting care in accordance with state and professional standards.
