AI/ML Engineer Generative AI

Location: New York, NY (Onsite. LOCAL CANDIDATES ONLY!) Contract duration: 12 months

Design, build, and deploy agentic AI systems using generative AI models, agent frameworks, custom orchestrators, enterprise systems, APIs, and third-party tools.

Develop and maintain Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and reasoning pipelines to ensure grounded, reliable, and adaptive agent behavior.

Collaborate closely with GenAI engineers, application teams, MLOps, product, and business stakeholders to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

Monitor, evaluate, and optimize agent performance, ensuring safety, accuracy, trustworthiness, and high-quality user experience.

Stay up to date with advancements in multi-agent orchestration, RAG techniques, cognitive architectures, and AI safety practices.

Work with business teams to understand requirements and deliver scalable, enterprise-grade data and AI solutions.

Demonstrate strong experience in enterprise-level data ingestion, transformation, analysis, and problem-solving, along with effective cross-functional communication skills.
