- Work alongside radiologists and the medical team to ensure accurate diagnoses are achieved
- Skillfully position patients and adjust equipment settings for optimal imaging results
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect patients and healthcare staff
- Keep detailed records, including imaging logs and regular maintenance of equipment
- Deliver empathetic patient care throughout the imaging journey
- Maintain a safe, efficient, and well-organized imaging environment
- An Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is a must; a Bachelor's Degree is advantageous
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (in CT and/or Radiography)
- Current BLS certification or the ability to obtain it within 90 days post-hire
- Strong understanding of imaging protocols and safety practices
- Exceptional communication skills with patients and fellow medical professionals
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving environments and adapt to evolving circumstances
- A keen eye for detail and immense sense of responsibility
- Comfort with imaging technologies, including PACS, RIS, and the latest imaging software
