Neurology/Neurosurgery RN Key Responsibilities:

Neurology/Neurosurgery RN Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care: The Neurology/Neurosurgery RN will provide exceptional bedside care to patients with neurological and neurosurgical conditions, ensuring optimal outcomes and patient satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary team, including neurosurgeons, neurologists, and support staff, to deliver comprehensive patient care.
- Education and Support: Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and post-operative care, providing guidance and emotional support.
- Monitoring and Assessment: Continuously assess patients' conditions, responding promptly to any changes in status.
- Employment Type: Full-time, permanent, direct-hire
- Setting: Hospital-based Neurology/Neurosurgery Unit
- Shifts: Flexible shifts available to support work-life balance
- Licensure: Must hold a valid South Carolina RN license (or compact license).
- Prior nursing experience preffered, but not required
- Skills: Strong clinical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
