Your Responsibilities
- Utilize radiographic and CT modalities to deliver high-quality diagnostic images for physician interpretations.
- Work collaboratively with radiologists and healthcare professionals to ensure precise diagnostic outcomes.
- Position patients accurately and calibrate imaging equipment for optimal results.
- Adhere to radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and team members.
- Maintain meticulous records, including imaging logs and care documentation.
- Deliver compassionate care to all patients throughout the imaging process.
- Promote a safe, organized, and efficient environment in the imaging suite.
- Required: Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Graduation from an accredited radiology program is essential.
- ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography.
- BLS certification or commitment to obtain within 90 days of hire.
- Strong understanding of diagnostic imaging protocols and safety standards.
- Exceptional communication skills with both patients and interdisciplinary teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, adapting to changing circumstances.
- Keen attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
- Dexterity in utilizing PACS, RIS, and current imaging technologies.
