In this role, you will provide direct patient care and collaborate with a diverse team to deliver high-quality, compassionate services. Key Responsibilities:
- Vital Monitoring: Accurately monitor and record patient vital signs to ensure comprehensive care.
- Patient Comfort: Assist patients with daily activities, including bathing, feeding, and dressing, to promote their comfort and dignity.
- Medical Support: Collaborate with nursing and medical staff to perform essential tasks, such as administering medications.
- Patient Communication: Educate patients and their families about treatments and procedures, assessing their well-being and promptly reporting any concerns.
- Associate of Science in Nursing Degree
- LPN Licensure for the State
- National Council Licensure Examination for Practical Nurses (NCLEX-PN)
- BLS & ACLS
