This role also includes maintaining compliance with hospital policies, ensuring medication safety, and supporting high-quality patient care across specialized areas when needed. What You Bring:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
Current Illinois Registered Pharmacist Licensure (or eligibility)
Prior hospital pharmacy experience preferred
Strong knowledge of clinical pharmacology and pharmacy regulations
Excellent attention to detail, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced clinical environment
