- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings highly valued
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Comfortable designing individualized plans and implementing therapy for diverse caseloads
Primary Responsibilities: - Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in preschool through high school
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative services, either on-site or via teletherapy, based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of progress and services
- Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and continuing education activities
