• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
• Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school settings highly valued
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Comfortable designing individualized plans and implementing therapy for diverse caseloads

• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in preschool through high school
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Deliver direct and consultative services, either on-site or via teletherapy, based on student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and timely documentation of progress and services
• Participate in IEP meetings, student support teams, and continuing education activities
