Position: LPN Medical Surgical Location: Rochester, NY Pay: $1779.48 per week Shifts: 3×12 Day/Night Rotation (1900-0700/0700-1900) Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN specializing in Medical Surgical care for an exciting contract opportunity in Rochester, NY. This position requires a professional with experience in acute care settings, working alongside RNs to provide comprehensive patient care. Key Responsibilities of the LPN Medical Surgical

Managing vital signs, pain assessment, and intake/output monitoring
Applying isolation precautions and physical restraints
Labeling specimens and administrating oxygen via nasal cannula
Managing feeding tubes and monitoring telemetry
Conducting 12-lead EKGs and administering medication (oral, IM, SQ, NG/G-tube, ear and eye drops)
Performing IV therapy with pumps and blood glucose monitoring
Basic wound care and Foley catheter insertion
Communicating status changes to RN/MD
Floating to other units within skill set as required

Requirements of the LPN Medical Surgical

Active New York Single State LPN license
BLS certification
Acute care experience within the last 2 years
EPIC charting system experience
