- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college or university
- Opportunities for continuing education or post-graduate certifications are available and encouraged
- Active OTR (Registered Occupational Therapist) license required
- Certification from NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) is a must
