Your Key Responsibilities
- Employ advanced radiographic and CT imaging techniques to produce precise diagnostic images for physician review
- Work closely with radiologists and the multidisciplinary healthcare team to facilitate accurate diagnosis
- Ensure ideal patient positioning and equipment calibration for optimal imaging outcomes
- Adhere to strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and healthcare colleagues
- Keep comprehensive records including imaging logs and maintenance updates
- Deliver outstanding patient care, enhancing comfort throughout the imaging experience
- Foster a well-organized, safe, and efficient imaging environment
- Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
- Completion of an accredited radiology program
- ARRT certification (CT and/or Radiography) is required
- Current BLS certification or ability to acquire within 90 days of hire
- Strong knowledge of diagnostic imaging protocols and strict adherence to safety guidelines
- Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with patients and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving demands
- A detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of accountability
- Comfort with technology including PACS, RIS, and latest imaging applications
