The Marketing & Visual Merchandising Coordinator is responsible for supporting the organization, execution, and tracking of all marketing and visual merchandising initiatives across cruise ships, airport locations, and branded spaces. This role manages co-op timelines and coordination with Cruise operators Marketing departments, asset delivery, visual production follow up, shipments and logistics, invoice submissions, and the distribution of training materials. The coordinator ensures all retail touchpoints are executed on time and aligned with brand guidelines, aligning with Cruise operators deadlines and bringing consistency across all POS.
