Role Descriptions: Key Responsibilities

• Coach teams and Scrum Masters on Agile practices, roles, and mindset.
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks, facilitating retrospectives to improve efficiency.
• Guide leadership and stakeholders through structural and cultural changes required for agility.
• Design and lead training sessions on Agile frameworks and tools.
• Support the adoption of frameworks like SAFe across multiple teams.

Essential Skills:

• An Agile Coach guides teams and organizations in adopting and maturing Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to improve value delivery, collaboration, and efficiency.
• They mentor teams, foster a continuous improvement culture, and work with leadership to enable organizational transformation.
• Key roles include facilitating, training, and removing impediments.
