Step into a rewarding full-time contract role as a school-based Occupational Therapist providing direct and indirect services to K-12th grade students. This opportunity offers 32.5 hours per week, Monday through Friday during school hours, starting August 6, 2026, and concluding May 21, 2027. With guaranteed hours and a clear focus on supporting students' functional and academic growth, you'll make a meaningful difference throughout the school year. Key Qualifications:

  • Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) in Colorado
  • Experience or strong interest in working with K-12 school populations
  • Proficiency in conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and documenting progress
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging with teachers, students, and families
  • Adaptability and positivity when approaching a dynamic school environment
Position Highlights:
  • Deliver occupational therapy services to students individually and in groups across a K-12 caseload
  • Provide both direct and indirect interventions to support students' access to learning
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with educational staff, and contribute insights to promote students' independence
  • No duties beyond your contracted therapy hours-no bus, lunch, or recess duty required
  • Travel therapists may qualify for additional stipends
