Responsibilities: • Greet and welcome members and guests upon arrival to create a positive first impression • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries, or direct calls to the appropriate person • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area to uphold professional standards • Check in members and verify membership cards to ensure access control • Assist in resolving customer complaints or issues in a timely and courteous manner Qualifications: • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or an administrative role • Proficiency in basic computer skills (to be determined by an assessment) • Familiarity with managing customer databases • Strong customer service experience • US work authorization Compensation: $16.50 hourly
