Job DescriptionWe are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse/Production Worker. This role involves inspecting boards for defects, assisting machine operators, and handling materials in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, physically capable, and able to follow instructions closely.Key ResponsibilitiesAbility to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, carrying, and repetitive motion Comfortable working with long lumber materials and in a manufacturing environment Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Team player with a positive work ethic Previous experience in lumber, manufacturing, or production environments (preferred but not required) Familiarity with industrial safety practices

- Move along production lines inspecting boards for defects
- Identify and mark acceptable and defective joints according to instructions
- Assist machine operators with setting stops to the proper length
- Check links and ensure proper alignment and quality standards
- Safely handle boards up to 53' in length, transferring materials from shoulder height to floor level
- Operate banding equipment
- Maintain a steady work pace while ensuring product quality
- Follow all safety procedures and workplace guidelines
