Project Manager For Exterior Commercial Building Restoration

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in exterior commercial building restoration to join our client's team.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience managing commercial restoration projects involving concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing systems, and exterior building envelope (building skin) work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage exterior commercial restoration projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee concrete repair, masonry restoration, waterproofing, and full building envelope projects
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor coordination
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality control, and contract specifications
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
• Identify and resolve field issues while keeping projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in exterior commercial restoration
• Strong background in concrete, masonry, waterproofing, and exterior building skin systems
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
