Job Summary:Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical with Telemetry at a healthcare organization in Burlington, Massachusetts. This position involves working a 12-hour night shift, with responsibilities that include floating to various units such as Emergency Department holds, inpatient holds, Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), and other boarding units as needed. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day.
Job Details:

- Schedule: 12H night shift; working a minimum of 24 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association (AHA) required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - AHA preferred; Neonatal (NIHSS) - preferred; Epic experience required.
- Preferred Qualifications: Level 1 trauma experience; candidates with no prior travel must have level 1 trauma experience.
- Float: Float: Float rotation may be required.
- Additional Information: Ratios will be between 1:3-5, with floating occurring in 4-hour blocks while on shift. Weekends are required every other week, including Saturday and Sunday for days shifts, and Friday, Saturday, and Sunday for night shifts. Working in a Level 1 trauma environment is preferred or required if no prior trauma experience.
- Submission Requirements: BILH coversheet required at time of submission. Day one pass/fail testing will be administered. Relias practice tests will be available via Relias. The organizations interview services team will call for IVS review prior to sending to manager.
