WHY WORK FOR TROPICAL SMOOTHIE CAFE?
- Full Time & Part Time Positions Available! This is not a seasonal position. This position is not for students who will be changing availability for high school schedule; must be available for 7am start.
- Flexible Scheduling! We close at 9pm, so you won't have to work late!
- We offer a Performance Review and Pay Raise After 90 Days!
- We Offer a Quick and Easy Hiring Process!
- You can be working tomorrow!
- No Grease or Fryers! Just all-natural, clean ingredients!
- We appreciate our employees and provide them with the training, support, and recognition they need to succeed!
- Individuals who are authentic, motivated, and hard-working.
- Able to act as a key holder and open our store at 6am-6:30am.
- Has an outgoing and positive attitude with a customer focused mindset; making work fun for co-workers and customers.
- Has the availability to work rotating weekends.
- Energetic and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to occasionally lift 40lbs
- taking customer orders with our point-of-sale system
- making food and smoothies according to brand standards
- prepping food including accurate measuring and weighing
- maintain a clean and sanitary work environment
- stocking and clean-up
- Starting $14.50 per hour plus hourly tips (Averaging $2.10 per hour extra and increasing!!)
- Increased Pay with experience and availability.
- There are plenty of areas for promotion as we continue to grow and expand in the community.
