Director Of FP&A

Founded in 1961, the Maison is known for its mix of iconic scented candles, personal fragrances, bath and body products, and home dcor. Its flagship boutique is in Paris' 5th arrondissement at 34 Boulevard Saint Germain.
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Director of FP&A to join our finance team. Candidate will lead the FP&A team and be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis. Your insights and recommendations will enable the executive team to make informed business decisions that optimize operational performance. As a key member of the finance team, the role will be to develop and implement a strong financial strategy while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field (MBA preferred)
Proven experience as a Director of FP&A or a similar role in Retail Luxury/Cosmetic industries
Strong financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and modeling skills
Proficient in financial reporting and analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial planning software)
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and senior executives
Strong leadership and managerial abilities
Salary Rate: $180,000 - $210,000
