We are seeking a highly experienced, self-driven Senior QMS Engineer to lead and shape the enterprise Quality Management System (QMS) for Altera FPGA Semiconductor design and development organization operating across automotive, ADG, industrial, and consumer markets.
This is an individual contributor role with broad organizational impact and ownership, responsible for:
You will serve as a quality authority and strategic partner across engineering, operations, supplier quality, and customer-facing teamsensuring that quality systems are not only compliant, but scalable, efficient, and aligned with high-reliability product delivery expectations.
This role requires the ability to thrive in complex, evolving environments, comfortable operating with ambiguity, and can influence across functions without direct authority.

Salary Range
$194,100 - $215,000 USD
