Description

Responsibilities Support month and year-end close processes for Supply Chain Logistics to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial results.Manage system validation of transportation activities with third‑party audit platform.Contribute to post-close operational analysis to identify and evaluate variances and provide narratives to leadership and business partners.Compile and analyze key performance indicators.Assist in developing new processes and procedures to ensure the most efficient management of overall information collection, consolidation, and communication relative to critical Supply Chain Logistics activities.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications Motivated, self‑directed associate with a strong desire to deliver results and impact the business.Highly collaborative team player with a mindset to continually improve processes and results.Strong knowledge of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (advanced Excel skills highly preferred).Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).Highly organized; ability to work well under pressure.Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a business‑related field preferred; a combination of education, training, and experience that demonstrates competency to perform the work may be substituted.2+ years of progressively responsible experience in finance or accounting.Ability to work independently and as a team player in a cross‑functional environment.Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and accounting skills.Ability to work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven, multi‑tasking environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
