This is a hands - on role for someone who enjoys solving problems, coordinating projects, and making sure facilities and equipment are well - maintained so patient care never skips a beat. You directly support life - saving veterinary care
You'll "own" facilities and equipment needs from start to finish
Every day is different - no routine desk - only work
You'll work locally with the backing of Thrive Pet Healthcare
What You'll Do Facilities & Maintenance
Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects
Perform light troubleshooting and hands - on support when appropriate
Partner with vendors and Thrive's corporate Facilities team
Track maintenance contracts and documentation
Equipment Support
Help organize and track medical equipment
Coordinate vendor repairs and ensure timely resolution
Support uninterrupted clinical operations
Administrative & Operations Support
Handle mail, invoices, and documentation
Run off - site errands as needed (reliable transportation required)
Assist with quarterly and annual inventory
Coordinate annual deep - clean ("scrub") projects and supply ordering
Support meetings, food ordering, and hospital events
Team & Hospital Support
Assist with new employee onboarding (equipment, access, readiness)
Maintain hospital bulletin boards and internal communications
Provide general administrative support as needed

A self - starter who sees what needs to be done
Organized and comfortable juggling multiple priorities
Calm and professional in a fast - paced healthcare setting

Qualifications
Experience in facilities, equipment, healthcare ops, or admin/project coordination preferred
Comfortable with light physical tasks and basic troubleshooting
Able to lift/move equipment when needed
Reliable transportation
Comfortable with basic computer systems and documentation
