CED/Royal Industrial Solutions Sales and Business Leadership Trainee For those candidates who are energetic self-starters, the Sales and Business Leadership Training Program is a highly structured development course designed to prepare candidates for Sales and Leadership. Throughout the training program, candidates are exposed to all aspects of the industrial automation field including but not limited to IT/Network, Cyber Security, Process Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Solar and Sustainability, and much more.

Reports to: PC Manager/Division Manager

Minimum Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Current, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
  • Authorization to work in the United States (without requiring work authorization sponsorship by CED now or in the future)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to solve complex problems
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Desire for a career that makes a difference in the world
  • Thrives in a fast paced, multi-faceted industry

Working Conditions: Conditions vary based on the trainee's current segment of the training and will include warehouse, office and external environments. During some segments, activities will include lifting, sorting, standing, possible extreme heat/cold conditions. Office segments may include sitting for extended periods. Various segments will include some travel both by car and by air.

Supervisory Responsibilities: No

Essential Job Functions: Learning all aspects of the Royal business Attending classes online as well as in-person at various locations On the job training and mentoring Establish, develop, and maintain relationships and rapport with customers Goal planning with PC Manager

Compensation Range: The compensation range for this position is $59000 to $63500 annually.

Other Compensation: The following additional compensation may be applicable for this position: Bonus Profit Sharing
