Responsibilities of a CNA:

• Certified nursing assistant provides patient care under direction of nursing staff
• Certified nursing assistant administers prescribed medications to patients
• Certified nursing assistant assists in the transport of patients
• Certified nursing assistant provides companionship and basic care to patients

Qualifications of a CNA:

• CNA certification and
• Licensed to work as a CNA in Delaware
• Ability to build rapport with patients
