Reminiscent of road-side taco joints, they serve up everyone's favorite Mexican street food (and fun). Guests can enjoy a variety of wood-fired grilled meats that serve as the centerpiece of the lively, tongue-in-cheek take on a Mexican watering hole. The concept transforms from day-to-night with a fiesta vibe and an authentic drink menu complete with house-made margaritas.Job SummaryLine Cook position for a reliable individual looking to expand their culinary skills and grow with us. Federales is located in the RiNo Art District.Salary RangeStarting at $19.29/ HourResponsibilities and Duties* Carefully follows standard recipes while preparing assigned items for foodservice* Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices* Assists other cooks during emergencies or rush periods* Inspect and clean food preparation areas, such as equipment and work surfaces, or serving areas to ensure safe and sanitary food-handling practices* Assists in plating food items for service* Cleans assigned work station areas* Ensure food is stored and cooked at correct temperature by regulating temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters* Carefully follows instructions and procedures set and communicated by ChefQualifications and Skills* Reliable* Must have a Food Handlers Certificate* Must be able to work in an organized, clean, efficient environment and thrive in busy situations* Able to communicate effectively with other team members* Minimum of 2 years experience working in busy restaurants* Knowledge of modern kitchens, chefs, techniques* Must have a positive attitude, self-motivated* Flexible schedulingBenefits and Perks* Authentic, inclusive, fun company culture* 50% discount on food + beverage at all 4C locations* Competitive pay* 401K + company match* Development opportunities - 4C is growing!* Medical & supplemental insurance* Employee events and volunteer opportunities* And more!Four Corners is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
