Product Manager BI / SF

The Product Manager BI / SF is responsible for overseeing rig build operations across the US and Canada.

Areas of responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Drive continuous improvement within overall rig design and build strategy, implement procedures to document and guide every aspect of rig build achieving competitive market prices in concert with Director of Engineering, Spray Foam Leadership Team and Executive Team.
  • Implement precise cost control metrics and hold the organization accountable to purchased content cost goals, efficiency metrics and year over year cost reduction initiatives.
  • Oversee the Rig Factory, working to direct appropriate personnel, financial P&L reporting and key performance metrics (safety, quality, cost, efficiency) along with production schedule.
  • Collaborate with department leads in Marketing, Spray Foam Branch Leaders and others to embrace feedback on the design and performance of Spray Foam Rigs to adapt market position for competitive pricing and growth.
  • Construct the operation to be scalable by both increasing capacity at existing locations and opening new locations.

Education, Skills, Experience, and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in similar role
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, business, or similar discipline preferred
  • Experience managing manufacturing assembly operations spanning multiple geographic locations
  • Proficiency in design concepts focused on cost reduction, manufacturing efficiency and end customer serviceability
  • Demonstrated capability to work with and lead cross-functional teams
  • Ability to manage through influence and institute organizational change
  • Comprehensive understanding of systems, processes and data driven decision making when it comes to purchasing, inventory and manufacturing processes

Environment:

Hybrid (Dallas, TX or Phoenix, AZ)

Fabrication/warehouse environment.

Exposure to noise, heat, dust, and industrial worksite conditions.

Physical demands may include but are not limited to:

  • High level of walking, standing, and/or climbing.
  • Stooping, bending, kneeling, and reaching.
  • Work outside/inside around machinery with moving parts.
  • Exposure to all seasons of weather, as well as slippery and uneven surfaces.
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 45lbs.

Travel:

40-60%
