Experience: Recent inpatient hospitalist or internal medicine experience

What You ll Do:
Provide direct inpatient care, including admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
Evaluate, diagnose, and manage a wide range of acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with specialists, nurses, respiratory therapists, and ancillary staff
Respond to medical emergencies, including codes and rapid responses
Perform ventilator management in ICU settings
Document all encounters thoroughly and timely in EMR systems (Epic, Paragon)
Participate in quality improvement, hospital committees, and interdisciplinary teams
Support patient education and discharge planning
Ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulations
What You Need:
Medical License (Vermont preferred, or eligible)
MD or DO degree
Recent inpatient hospitalist experience
Experience with ventilator management and emergency response
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to handle high patient volumes with efficiency
