Intellects Group is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Typist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and databases. The ideal candidate has excellent typing skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage time effectively while handling repetitive tasks with precision. Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter, update, and verify data in company databases and systems
  • Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct them promptly
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Organize and maintain digital and physical files as needed
  • Generate reports and retrieve data upon request
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and completeness
  • Meet daily and weekly productivity targets
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as a data entry clerk or typist is a plus
  • Fast and accurate typing skills (typically 50+ WPM preferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word)
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
  • Basic knowledge of data management systems
Preferred Skills:
  • Familiarity with database software and CRM systems
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
