What We're Looking For:

  • Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required
  • Experience delivering school-based therapy to pediatrics
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
Core Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care and academic success
  • Deliver engaging therapy sessions, both one-on-one and in groups, to foster student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and progress reports, participating in IEP meetings as needed
