The target is to ensure customer service excellence. Duties and Responsibilities

  • -Answers phone calls
  • -Maintains branch order email inbox
  • -Provides product knowledge
  • -Builds sales, enters orders
  • -Ensures orders are filled for pick up or scheduled for delivery and payments received if required.
  • -Looks up inventory
  • -Quotes customers
  • -Provides support to Branch Staff.
  • -Communicates with the sales team and management of selling trends and customer satisfaction.
  • -Provides support to customers and sales team.
  • -Performs all other duties as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications
  • -2 Years of Customer Service Experience preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • -Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote, Teams, and Outlook
Work Conditions
  • -Mainly inside, possibly in the warehouse or outside for short periods of time
  • -Standing and sitting at desk while working on computer
  • -Lifting capabilities 40 lbs.
  • -Directly with customers
  • -Around warehouse equipment and vehicles
Safety Responsibility This position assumes responsibility for the workplace safety of self and co-workers, and for the safety conditions of the work location, exercises and promotes safe behaviors and shows unyielding support of programs, rules, and policies regarding safety. Company Benefits
