Speech Language Pathologist / CFY – Skilled Nursing Facility

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) to join our growing rehabilitation team in a Skilled Nursing Facility setting. This position offers the opportunity to work with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to providing high-quality patient-centered care to the geriatric population.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized speech therapy treatment plans
  • Treat residents with speech, language, voice, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders
  • Complete timely documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure continuity of care
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and progress
  • Maintain productivity standards while delivering quality clinical care

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Active state SLP license or eligibility
  • CFY candidates encouraged to apply; mentorship available
  • Skilled Nursing Facility or geriatric experience preferred, but not required
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Passion for working with the senior adult population
