Job Description: We're looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Recruiter to help attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple positions. What You'll Do
- Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs
- Post jobs across job boards, social media, and career platforms
- Source, pre-screen, and manage steps and disposition in real-time
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication
- Maintain accurate candidate records within Workday/ATS systems
- Extend offers and counter-offers effectively, and process employment verifications timely
- Build candidate pipelines for current and future openings
- Attend and participate in university career fairs, school job fairs, networking events, and community outreach initiatives throughout the year
- 2-4 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
- Experience with sourcing, interviewing, and full-cycle recruitment
- Familiarity with Workday or similar Applicant Tracking Systems
- Experience with recruitment metrics, KPIs, and hiring goals
- Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple openings supporting different hiring managers
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and HRIS systems
- Ability to travel up to 10% as needed (must be available 20 days per year minimum for in-person activities, meetings, professional development, etc.)
