Director of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) -- Central Point, OR A veterinary practice is seeking an experienced Medical Director (DVM) to lead its clinical team while continuing to provide exceptional patient care. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who is passionate about leadership, mentorship, and maintaining high standards of medical excellence. Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality medical and surgical care
Mentor and support veterinarians and clinical staff
Establish and uphold medical protocols and standards
Promote continuous improvement in patient outcomes and client satisfaction
Support recruitment, onboarding, and development of veterinary team members
Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and professional standards
Foster strong communication and teamwork throughout the practice
Qualifications
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree from an accredited institution
Active veterinary license in good standing
Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills
Previous leadership experience preferred
Commitment to excellence in patient care and team development
