Collect copays and outstanding balances while explaining insurance coverage and treatment costs.
Coordinate patient flow to ensure providers stay on schedule.
Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
What We're Looking For
High school diploma or GED required.
3+ years of recent dental front desk, patient services, or dental scheduling experience.
Working knowledge of dental terminology and dental practice management software.
Experience with insurance verification, patient registration, scheduling, and payment collection.
Strong communication, customer service, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic scheduling systems.
Positive, dependable, and team-oriented attitude.
