Corporate EHS Manager
My client is a prominent national manufacturer of packaging solutions, partnering with leading brands across diverse industries such as Food & Beverage, Consumer Goods, Fragrance, Automotive, and more. Experiencing strong growth throughout North America, the company is launching a strategic initiative and seeking a Corporate EHS Manager to lead and enhance safety programs, systems, and procedures across multiple business units. Develop and execute a multi-year EHS strategy with clear KPIs and performance tracking.
Champion a "Safety-First" culture through engagement, training, and leadership influence.
Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other regulatory standards.
Lead risk assessments, site audits, and hazard mitigation efforts.
Investigate incidents and near misses; implement corrective actions and prevention plans.
Partner cross-functionally with operations, HR, and leadership to drive results.
Design and deliver effective training programs and behavioral safety initiatives (BBS).
Regularly visit sites to conduct walkthroughs and reinforce safety standards.

7+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience in manufacturing or high-risk environments.
Strong knowledge of OSHA and regulatory compliance frameworks.
Proven ability to influence culture and drive change, not just enforce rules.
Experience leading multi-site safety programs and initiatives.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or related field.
CSP, CIH, or similar certification preferred.
Base salary $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience level.
3 weeks PTO + 5 days sick time + 1 floating holiday.
10 company holidays.
