Commitment to evidence-based practice and professional growth

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students across a full-time caseload
Assess and diagnose communication disorders; develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support educational outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting
Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
