Schedule: Mon/Tues/Fri/Sat, 8:00a - 6:30p
Are you the go-to problem solver in your circle? Do you thrive on helping others navigate technical hiccups with patience and clarity? Due to the growing demand for smart home security solutions, we're seeking Customer Service Representatives withstrong troubleshooting skills. In this role, you'll be the first line of support for customers experiencing issues with our products and services-turning confusion into confidence with every call.
