This nationally recognized center is a leader in Orthopedics, Spine, Sports Medicine, General Surgery, ENT, Plastics, and GYN, with a new Cardiac Cath Lab service line launching this fall. The team provides high-level regional anesthesia, averaging thousands of blocks per year, and offers an excellent work?life balance with minimal weekend involvement. Practice Information

• Team includes 3 Anesthesiologists and 22 CRNAs in a care-team model
• Robust regional anesthesia program with ~6,000 blocks annually
• Oversight of pre- and post-anesthesia care units and collaboration with a pre-anesthesia testing clinic
• Flexible schedules with strong work-life balance
• Home call; average 1:14, never first or second call
• Compensation floor of $575,000 for the first two years, with potential to exceed base with personally performed wRVUs
• $150,000 retention incentive after three years at 1.0 FTE
• Case Mix: Orthopedics, Ortho and Neuro Spine, ENT, General Surgery, GYN, Plastics, Cardiac Cath, Minor Vascular, 5%-10% healthy pediatrics
