Eastview Health & Rehabilitation Center is a 118-bed skilled nursing facility providing short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, and skilled nursing services to the Antigo community.
Nursing Home Administrator Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility
Lead department heads and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure state and federal regulatory compliance
Drive quality measures, survey readiness, and operational performance
Manage labor, budgeting, and financial outcomes
Support admissions, census development, and community relationships
Promote employee engagement and retention
Foster a culture focused on resident care and customer service
Qualifications:
Active Wisconsin Nursing Home Administrator license required
Prior experience as an NHA, LNHA, Executive Director, or Skilled Nursing Administrator preferred
Skilled nursing facility or long-term care leadership experience required
Strong understanding of CMS regulations and survey process
Proven leadership and team-building skills
Strong financial and operational management experience
