What You'll Do

• Provide intensive neurological care to ICU patients in a fast-paced environment
• Monitor intracranial pressure, ventilators, and telemetry systems
• Perform IV starts and other invasive procedures
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document patient progress accurately using Epic EHR system
• Float within units of similar acuity as needed
• Support patient safety and comfort 24/7

What You Need

Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• 2 years of experience in Neuro ICU
• BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with IV starts, telemetry, ventilators, intracranial pressure monitoring

Preferred:

• Previous travel nursing experience
