Territory Business Manager/Sales Associate
The primary focus of the Territory Business Manager/Sales Associate role is converting nationwide leads to active purchasing accounts via phone; outbound calls to physician's offices, hospitals, infusion centers, pharmacies, etc., where associate provides information on key product offerings- following a consultative approach to sales. We want people with high energy and great customer service skills. We are known for giving our customers the best top-rated service in the industry!
Develop and maintain a solid understanding of the products we offer, program messaging and the approved guidelines
Execute call plans inclusive of call preparation, lead qualification, delivery of key message(s), objection handling and close
Must generate at least 5 competitive notes per day
Maintain call productivity and metrics that are required by program; Required to complete 10 outbound calls per hour to equal at least 80 calls a day or 3 hours of phone time.
Maintain excellent call quality standards per company policy and adhere to all client call guidelines
Form long standing customer relationships with new and existing clients
Establish and maintain open dialogue and effective communication with leadership
Must be able to develop business/client prospect
Achieve and/or exceed sales targets by the deadline agreed upon.
Effectively use the designated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool and other technology tools.
Must be able to adapt to our Consultative Sales approach which aligns itself with the company's value-added service philosophy
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
Adhere to all Company policies and standard operating procedures
Successfully complete all required company, program and product training.
Attend staff meetings and client requested conference calls
Associates Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2+ years of previous experience with INSIDE sales
Previous Pharmaceutical Sales Experience preferred, but not required
